1.  I can't change the font style.
1.  First possible cause is MicroSoft format tags that snuck in during a cut/paste operation. 
1. To see if this might be the problem, click the "html code" tab at the bottom of the editing screen.  You'll see a bunch of scary looking stuff.  Don't worry, I'm not going to ask you to do anything with it.  Just look for "MSO" sprinkled around.  If it's there, you have the MS tag issue.
2. To fix this, go back to "design" mode by clicking the tab at the bottom.  Now select everything on the screen and cut it.  Next "paste from Word" using the icon that looks like a clipboard with a W on it.
2. If that's not the issue, you may have a problem with defaults in the cascading style sheet.  That's technical talk and we don't ever expect you to learn that.  Just call for help.  Your friendly sales person will get in touch with us and we'll take care of it.  If they're on vacation or something, call David or Howard.
2. I'm trying to add some content but it keeps disappearing when I submit.
1. This is probably the MS tag issue again so check and fix as above.
2. If it's not, call for help.
