Login issues:
Several issues may be contributing if you can't log into your website.
- You are not at your website. It is common for people to go to our company website and try to login there. You must go to your website to login.
- Your website may not have a login link. In some cases, we are requested to hide the login link to clean up appearance. If that's the case go to www.website.com/admin/login.php You'll get the login interface. You can also ask us to make the link visible.
- Someone had a typo. Ask your administrator to login as you to verify the access information.
- Cookies must be enabled on your browser. It's usually in "tools". Each browser has a slightly different way to do this so you may need help. Email me at howard@ imakesense.com and I'll try to help.
- You must go to the website using the full name before loggin in. www.website.com If you leave out the "www", you'll get to the website but login can get confused. If this might be the case, clear cookies for your browser and try again. This is usually in "tools"
- If you still can't login, email me at howard@ imakesense.com. In the worst case, I can use webconference to work through this.
